Do PhD students also need the Universitaly pre enrolment?

Short answer: Yes. Non EU applicants who need a visa use Universitaly for doctoral programs too (MUR circular).

1. Create an account on Universitaly with your own email; VFS Dhaka uses it to contact applicants (Embassy notice).
2. Fill in the pre enrolment for your PhD program as soon as you accept the position.
3. Upload what the PhD office asks for, usually your passport and the ranking or admission letter.
4. Wait for validation and download the summary.

The good news: the 30 November visa deadline does not apply to PhDs. You must apply before activities start (MUR circular). With a 1 November start, that still means moving fast.
