Can PhD students get the DSU regional scholarship?
Short answer: Usually only if you do not have a PhD scholarship.
- Emilia Romagna's rules for 2026/27 include PhD students without a scholarship (Regione Emilia Romagna).
- DSU Toscana excludes PhD scholarship holders and runs a separate window for doctoral students, from 25 September to 16 November 2026 (ScholarshipTab summary).
- Even with a scholarship, ask about DSU or university housing; some residences accept PhD students.
