Who can legally sponsor me?
Short answer: Two official Dhaka texts give different lists, and they have not been reconciled. Until they are, verify your own case with the embassy or VFS and keep the reply in writing.

What I can say
If a parent sponsors you, both texts agree and you are on firm ground. Bring your apostilled birth certificate to prove the relationship.
What I cannot say
Which list governs when your sponsor is an uncle or a cousin. The checklist is newer, which normally settles it, but the notice is the document that announced the wider family and it has not been withdrawn. I do not know how VFS Dhaka is applying this at the counter today, and I am not going to guess about the thing that decides whether your file is accepted.
What to do about it
Email visti.dhaka@esteri.it with your exact relationship before you prepare anything. Ask VFS the same question. Keep both replies with your file. Then check both pages again yourself in the month you apply, because this is precisely the kind of thing that changes without an announcement.
