I am in my final year. Can I apply now?
Short answer: Usually yes. Most universities admit final year students on condition that they graduate by a set date.
- Apply with your transcript so far. You get a conditional offer.
- For the visa you need the final certificate, or an official provisional certificate from your university. A self declaration is not accepted (MUR circular).
- Bangladeshi public universities can take a long time to publish results and certificates. Ask your department early for an official provisional certificate.
