When should I apply, and what are the deadlines?
Short answer: Courses start in September or October. Applications open as early as November of the year before. Apply between November and March.

Rules that reward early applicants (MUR circular): validations are capped at the non EU places plus 20%; universities may set earlier visa dates; and if you are not enrolled by 31 January, your visa is revoked.
